The later two picked up orders at the last minute providing new and exciting quick turnaround production.

The meeting lasted for over an hour and we now have confirmation that the garments are to be bought i.e. orders are “buys” and not sale or return. However for this buy there is a settlement term which is 5% after 30 days. This means that to pay on time 30 days after delivery ASOS take off an additional 5%.

The order will be raised by Fashion Enter Ltd however each designer will have a purchase order number and the individual designer will be responsible for delivering to their NDC (National Distribution Centre) based in Hemel Hampstead.

Orders are to be flat packed and a bar code will be required – we have been told that each label is 2pence each. There is also an optional 2% returns discount. We were however persuaded not to take up this 2% discount as the orders will be between 100 – 150 units each and therefore returns should be minimum.

Each designer must provide a gold sample to Fashion Enter by the week commencing 31st March. ASOS will then organise a photo shoot and they are considering flying in the supermodel Marcella from New York – this is an amazing accolade for all the designers.

It must be stressed that once the photo shoot is undertaken the garment delivery must correspond to that photo shoot. If the order delivered into the warehouse is not exactly the same as the photo shoot it will be cancelled immediately by ASOS. There is also a minimum size chart that must be followed by each designer; Hayleigh has these details and will email the size spec to each designer.

There will be a press launch with regards to the Fashion Enter designers and work is underway now with both Fashion Enter PR star Jenni Sutton and the Marketing Department at ASOS. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THE UNIQUE PR OPPORTUNITY and make sure you provide the information below to Hayleigh as soon as you can.

Hayleigh needs the logos and images of each designer by the latest Friday 29th at 12:00 Delivery of the order into ASOS warehouse in Hamel Hempstead is end April (commencing week of April 21st)
