There’s an old saying ‘there’s no place like home’ and that is certainly true! We as consumers spend billions of pounds dressing our homes. The turnover of UK design businesses totaled £11.6 billion in 2004–05 *


So it comes at no surprise then that Interior Design over the past couple of years has made it onto out top ten lists of necessities. We take pride in dressing ourselves so why not take a little pride in dressing our homes!


Wallpapers were once seen as dowdy and were best used for covering up our cracked and disfigured walls which has left many with memories of stuffy, old, brown or worse still huge flower patterns, which were, lets face it, absolutely ghastly! This has made people wallpaper shy, opting rather for plain white washed walls which is known as the minimalist look.


Well, with all that in the past, wallpapers of today have been given a new lease of life with vibrant patterns and intricate detailing in a whole spectrum of colours.

All this of course comes down to the individual designer and it is their use of colour and skill that produce wallpapers of exceptionally high qaulity.
