The Real Face of New York Fashion
Luxor Tavella is one amazing woman. I found her when I was walking along West Broadway reviewing the shops and taking copious snaps of front windows for trends. From the outside the Vintage boutique Paracelso looks like a charity shop, dimly lit and a maze of press cuttings are "stuck" on to the front window. Intrigued I entered the boutqiue to stand before one of the most amazing women I have met in a long time.

Long grey hair, white faced with Mohican styled green paint etched on to her face Luxor stood before me in her glory. Her eyes were so bright I felt quite dazzled and her stories made my goosebumps errupt all over. This is a woman who has lived and breathed fashion.
