The Bethesda Arts Centre is a unique resource in the Eastern Cape of South Africa that provides training, education and a platform for the emerging talents of artists from township communities. The Bethesda Arts Centre runs programmes that are changing the lives of some of the most disadvantaged people in South Africa.

The Bethesda Foundation is a non-profit organisation set up to support the Arts Centre by founder and director Jeni Couzyn. It is registered both in the UK (Charity no: 1089122) and in South Africa (NPO 40 – 915).
