This is going to be such a good event for everyone and thanks to Caren Downie (Buying Director) the agenda has been increased to include meetings with Belinda Manfo (Buyer for Concessions) and also a guided tour of Oxford Street Branch with the Style Advisor team.

The agenda for Topshop Meeting for Wednesday 21st February is set out below. Please arrive at Colegrave House, 4th Floor, 70 Berners Street London W1 for 10.15 LATEST (closest tube is Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road). You have to each sign in at the front of the reception on the ground floor BEFORE you go up to the fourth floor. Please enter that you are visiting Belinda Manfo in the book and explain to reception that you are here for a workshop with Topshop.

Go to the 4th floor and again report in to reception where I will be waiting for you. Do not be late!

11.00 - Supplier Handbook and accreditations? Eimar Hawker

11.15 - Practical examples of problems with suppliers e.g. stock being late, faults, common mistakes - Emma Hawker

11.30 - A buyers perspective - Belinda Manfo Concessions Buyer
- Visit by Caren Downie Buying Director (Caren has an external buying appointment at 9.30 but will introduce herself after the meeting around 11.30 - another result!)

Followed by a review of participants merchandise by Belinda Manfo

Closing with a store visit at Oxford Street Branch where the Stylist Caroline Peters from the Style Advisor team provides a guided tour of the store.

Estimated time of finish 13.30hours

Each participant is allowed to bring 3 garments to reflect style and quality. Belinda is happy to consider new companies into the concession department for the Oxford Street Branch. .

Can't wait...we have managed to get 35 participants on board - demand was excessive; we had over 50 for this workshop as you can imagine. Sorry to those that we could not accommodate but we will be running similar workshops from April 07.

Can I please stress that TopShop have been given the names of each participant and only those accepted can attend the event.

I always advise that every participant brings with them a business card and also a company overview. If Belinda likes what she sees you need to be professional and provide contact details. This is a fantastic opportunity for all concerned.
