Chain Reaction
You have heard that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link
This is why you need some fabulous wooden, robust links from new jewellery label, Link. These edgy links of wooden pleasure are made from three millimetre birch plywood. Going back o basics with very pretty results, the designer, Bethan Laura Wood (ironically) says she drew inspiration after studying the joining mechanisms of her drawing board. There are various sizes of rings in which Wood coats in layers of primer, paint and lacquer before assembling them in paper-chain style necklaces. The colours are a clear nod towards the Neon Nu Rave trend which has taken over this spring/ summer. It is also eco friendly which is uber popular right now and of course, good for the environment.
Make sure you cause a chain reaction with Link jewellery.

Made with Hands
Eco friendly, do-it-yourself, low carbon foot print fashion has bombarded our minds and wardrobes over the last fashion year and with all these new emerging brands creeping up upon us, it is hard to distinguish which ones are worth investing in.
Made with Hands is a fabulous handmade (no less, it IS its name sake after all) hats, carry bags and even a kitsch collection of woollen ties. Designed by twin sisters Calliste and Carissa Yeboah, the collection also includes bobble necklaces, mohair beanies, place mats made of felt and many vibrant carry bags and skinny woollen ties.
