Post A-levels JoJo spent a decade in the industry as a fashion model. Although tough and competitive she got to travel to far-flung places such as Japan, Hong Kong and Australia, as well as meet some great contacts along the way. Clients ranged from advertising: Philips, Carlsberg and Schwarzkopf, to editorial: Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan.

Knowing the unstable nature of the business she decided to enrol at the London College of Fashion, where she studied for a BA in Fashion Studies - a course that initially provides an industry overview from business to design through to media. During this period she freelanced for the online trend forecasting company www.trendzine.com - contributing to the weekly Fashion Fix and compiling seasonal Retail Reports.

She then progressed onto www.fashioncapital.co.uk a government funded fashion portal. Involved from the very beginning JoJo contributed to the websites popularity and success. She supplied 3 articles each week ensuring a good cross-section of interesting and informative content. Articles ranged from trend reports & catwalk reviews to news items and designer profiles.

JoJo's regular clients include a variety of fashion press, trend forecasting companies and designers.
