Will you be able to deliver on time and to quality?
Can you satisfy your client/customer demands?

• Client and customer demands need to be consistency met, even exceeded. Frustrated clients/customers soon turn to rivals so find out what their specific needs are.

• Clients/Customers expect high standards and you will need to know your idea can be turned into deliverable reality at a cost you can afford.

• If you ignore rules and regulations, you are likely to trip up. Will your idea need a form of insurance? Is there any legislation governing what you are intending to supply, such as data protection, hygiene standards, copy rights?
